Oven doesn't heat...

CONTROL PANEL WORKS, NO ERROR MESSAGES ARE DISPLAYED, COOK TOP WORKS BUT OVEN DOES NOT. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU ARE SETTING THE TEMP FOR 350 THE DISPLAY GOES FROM 0 TO 350 IMMEDIATELY (DOES NOT CLIMB GRADUALLY) AND OVEN DOES NOT HEAT
