oven will not turn on--stays at 100 degrees--took off panel--glow bar does not light. Think it may be the ignighter--can you replace this yourself?

0 we ended up replacing the ignitor. About$60 at the local Maytag store. My husband was able to do it himself fairly easily--just had to replace the screws because the others were stripped from the heat. Works great now!
