On 11/21 the oven was set 450 degrees and the fries my wife was baking smelled burnt. As soon as she opened the oven door the digital read out went out and she was unable to shut the oven off. The oven continued to over heat because the runaway switch failed to shut the oven off. A repairman finally looked at it on 12/02 and stated that the oven was unsafe to operate and needed to be replaced. We are affraid to use the oven because we fear it will catch the house on fire.
