Control panel on door flashes . Unit does not make...

Control panel on door flashes . Unit does not make ice.flapper that lets ice come out just flaps unit still cool and freezer works fine, how can we get the control unit on the door working. WHEN THE RESET BUTTO N is pushed everything just blinks and flapper keep opening and closing.
