0 The freezer is on the bottom. It looks like snow in the freezer And it's leaking water on the floor. Bottom of freezer has a sheet if ice where water is forming. Cleaning it out right now. Cannot find any specs

0 I had same problem. Took back panel off and cleaned out all the lint and hair with a vacuum. Cleaned drainage tube in pan. Hard part was taking out freezer drawer and back panel. Pored got water in drain and more lint came out of the tube. Did this 4-5 times. Used shop vac to suck up the water filling the pan. Everything was defrosted and cleaned. Put back together. Cut a hole in panel so I could pot water in drain if it ever freezes up in the future. This way I don't have to take the whole bottom freezer apart. All fixed now
