Ice forms on bottom of freezer compartment and then melts on to floor

0 My refrigerator is doing the same thing. I spoke to an instructor in the HVAC Dept at my local college and he said that the plastic drain line has a crack in it which is allowing water to drain in the freezer which then freezes at the bottom. Hope this helps.
