0 Yes the wo capasitors on the electronic board in the back of the refridge. The tops will be swelled out on the and they are side by side. Have them replaced and it will work properly. It fixed mine. The parts cost 2.95 ON EBAY AND TAKES 1 WEEK TO GET.
