5 Either the water line is clogged or frozen, which you'll need to defrost your whole freezer. If not check to see if the ice cube motor is working and the heat tray under the ice tray that heats up the ice to make it able to slide out when done. If the ice cube mechanism is broke the timer connected to it won't work either need to be replaced
