making a noise when dispening water and water is slowly dispensed.

0 I've changed the water inlet valve, water hose coming into fridge, and new ware filter. Not sure why water is still dispensing slowly and making noise when water starts coming out and then noise stops. Ice cubes are fine and you can hear the water going into ice maker and sounds good. I'm thinking the main water line from water inlet valve to door dispenser maybe plugged but not sure how to replace?
