It makes ice cubes but-selection light for cube dispensing will not come on-crushed and water are ok. when crushed light is on the locked light is also on. It dispenses water and crushed. Replace filter light is also on.Questions--how do I unlock it? How do I get the selection light for cubes on and hopefully dispense cubes? How do I replace the filter? Thks much.
