My Maytag manual from 1999 refrigerator does not tell me how to remove the case that surrounds the light bulb. I've tried everything but it will not come off so I can replace the bulb. Don't recommend Sears because they were rude and offered no help! There is no mention of this part in the original Maytag manual. No other problem with this applicance. It's been A1.
