My Maytag refrigerators model # MFI2266AEU will no...

My Maytag refrigerators model # MFI2266AEU will not dispense water or ice from door. Apparently this model locks up after one minute continuos running but manual states 5 mins. Also manual does not provide deactivation sequence to reset this lockout feature. What is the correct sequence on the touch pads to deactivate the control pad feature. Thanks
