On my Maytag frig MSD2432GR, I have a block of ice...

On my Maytag frig MSD2432GR, I have a block of ice at the bottom of my freezer and I have a puddle of water on the floor every day. It has frozen my basket and the food in it so I cant get it out. What do I need to do?
