Replaced the water filter, says to run continuousl...

Replaced the water filter, says to run continuously for 5 gallons to flush out new filter. The lock came on while running, probably because there is an automatic lockout to prevent flooding? Holding the lock button for 3 seconds per owners manual does not unlock it. Is there another reset procedure that will unlock the water dispenser?
