somethings wrong with my refrigerator the humidity...

somethings wrong with my refrigerator the humidity control, fast cooling, temp alarm, filter reset, ice, water all these features are off. The noise it usually made does not make it no longer. Seems to be cooling still, is my food safe in the fridg?
