3 I had this problem, too-after a lot of searching on the internet, I figured out the issue with mine was that water was pooling onto the floor of the freezer due to a clogged drain in the back of the freezer. The auto defrost cycle of the freezer will defrost the freezer periodically-the water that's created by this drains into a pan to evaporate. The drain occasionally gets clogged & freezes up with water-when this happens, the water has no where to go except to spill onto the floor of the freezer, where it builds up until it starts leaking out of the freezer. I had to figure out how to take the freezer apart, then I melted the ice in the drain hole & cleared out the drain tube with a cable tie-don't use anything metal, because you could pierce the tube & cause a leak! Hope this helps... my repair has worked for about 6 months now.

0 Fridge has a design issue. Duckbill drain valve clogs. They have a new ptrap drain replacement but you have to ask for it, as customer service will deny a problem exists. Here is the service bulletin which was supposed to be for internal use only! https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BzIiBNwRIV4NNWJNNmx0andROGs/edit
