We just bought a Maytag Plus side by side refrigerator Model # RSW2400EAM hooked up the line for the water, ice maker/crusher, the ice tastes bad. We think we know where the water filter is but can't figure out how to open the white plastic box that it is in, is it in the refrigerator side, top left corner? So my questions is, how do we get the white plastic box open if that is where the water filter is.
