When I plug in my fridge and turn the temp. controls up I hear the compressor start and then it stops in about 3 sec. The condenser fan keeps running. The compressor stays off for about 12-15 sec. and then turns on again for approx. 3 sec. and then turns off again. This goes on continuously and the fridge never gets cold. The compressor feels warm to the touch. Would the relay or the overload switch have any thing to do with this?
