0 You have to remove the basket and the freezer drawer. Then remove the panel at the back of the freezer section. You will see the refridgeration unit mounted on the back wall of the freezer section. The drain is at the bottom of the refridgeration unit. It took me about three hours to find the drain, and about fifteen minutes to clear it. Another hour to put everything back together and I still have four leftover screws. There is a good video that shows you how to do it on ApplianceVideo.com
