I have a Melissa Blender 646-045. Serial no. 711689001797. I have only recently thrown away the original boxes & packing but the first time I tried to use the machine it will not work. I have all the instruction/recipe booklets but despite that I cannot get the machine to work. There is electric power going into the machine but the motor does not seem to be working.
