I have the Melitta 46894 10 thermal carafe coffee ...

I have the Melitta 46894 10 thermal carafe coffee maker. The pause and serve function has stopped working. Remove the pot while coffee is brewing and there is not pause action, still perks and goes everywhere. How to fix this???
