I have just tried to use my sister's new Melitta coffee maker model MEX15BCAN - no manual. Can you send me the manual, please? Thx. kigrant@gmail.com. When I tried to use it, the lukewarm water overflowed the cup and 'coffee' was far too weak. Also, machine very noisy - is that normal?
