Question About Mellerware Bread Maker 26500
My kneeding blade will not turn and yes it is clic...

My kneeding blade will not turn and yes it is clicked in and the baking pan is the right way round. Looking at the mechanish below the baking pan I cant see anything that could possible turn this kneading blade? Is there a part missing?
