Question About Miele Coffeemaker Miele CVA 615
blocked brew unit...

can't budge the brew unit, nor will it re set it'self as the manual says it will. Waste unit is removed, any ideas on how to get it out??? Thanks

5 I have the same unit, same problem right now. It also happened several months back, and when I called Miele's service line they gave me a sequence of button pushes that caused the splined shaft in the back to rotate. But now I can't remember the sequence! And Miele service is not open on weekends. Anyway, try them during the weekday and they can tell you how to do it.
