I just had my coffee grinder switch fixed. Mr Appliance did not know anything about this machine. Do not give their name out...very unprofessional. I had to pay someone to get the machine out of the cabinet prior to them coming and when it was returned. They did nothing to protect my machine. It came back a filthy mess and scratched and I was told where I could buy a scratch remover. The machine is not making coffee. The water is only going in the holding tank. What should I do?
