Have error message F73 and I can't get the capsule plate out

0 The manual has no answer/remedy for the F73 Fault which is why I have come online about it

0 This code indicates the ejection slide cannot retract back into the brew unit, and will cause you to be unable to remove the waste bin. think this happens because loose grounds get between either the brew unit or the waste bin and the places they slide into causing those two not to line up wth each other properly to allow the waste slide move to eject used grounds. If this code comes up and the waste bin cannot be removed due to an extended slide, open the door and remove the top left drawer. Wiggle the brew unit and waste bin a bit to adjust the position and then replace and restart the machine. You might have to try a few times. Once you get to the main menu, take the waste bin and brew unit out and clean under where they fit to get all the loose grounds out to allow for them to sit in position as designed.
