3 F81: if it is the steam heater problem, forget about replacing it. Very expensive to have Miele to replace bad heater, about $500, and have to order and wait for at least 2 weeks. Just reset the program to cancel the steam heating function (see the Operation Instruction under Steam System.) immediately so you can still make coffee using the water heater. Buy yourself a Nespresso Aeroccino Plusfor only $99, (free shipping from Amazon) instead of paying $450, and you get great milk froth for your cappuccinos.

1 i have got the same problem with mine. this is the most unreliable domestic appliance i have ever had. it constantly bungs up with capsules and i don't even drink coffee!!
