Question About Miele Cooktop KM 320

Plz help! Whenever I cut my burner on, my burners make a popping sound, even once the burner seems to ignite. Is something wrong with my appliance. I've had the gas company out and they both agreed there's no gas leaking. Sometimes the popping stops once ignited. I own a 5 burner stovetop. Mrs Jordan
