I want to lay a timber floor over existing flooring in my kitchen but my Miele G664 won't have enough clearance under the stone bench top. Legs are already wound right up and bottom of dishwasher sits on existing floor. Can I remove the top cover without damaging or destabilising the machine and will this give me at 15mm of extra clearance required. Your advice would be greatly appreciated. Pam
