the initial water level is too low. I have change the heater level switch and the water level switch. checked the supply water is good pressure with no restrictions. inlet water solenoid valve is ok. I think there may be a retriction in the salt system somewhere as when I run the machine with the salt cap off the level is good and the machine will run.
