Micro oven scuts down and error message E 14. Have to shut down power to reset. What is the problem?

3 There is a htach that opens when you use a micro ware. If you open the cover on the top you see, when you start the microware the hatch opening. This operates should operate a microswitch. the motor that has to perfrom this movement is not working well anymore. Common problem. I replace with new motor and now all is fine
