gasket needs replacement...

the gasket is pulling away from the bottom of the oven face. I need to buy a new gasket and then replace it

0 my oven is only 3 years old, and is hardly used, the rubber gasket is doing the same thing. I was told to phone and order a new one. After waiting 20 mins on hold I was told they don't use the rubber gaskets anymore and now use a fiberglass one, cost is $250!!!! Outrageous.
