My refrigerator is full of water; presumably ice that is melting. How do I deal with the problem?

5 It's not melting ice if it's in the refrigerator - you ay have a blocked drain tube. Use a drinking straw to clean out any gunk ( the drain tube is behind the top salad drawer)... If not, you may have food touching the back wall.
