The refrigerator has to be defrosted every couple of months because ice accumulates at the bottom of the back panel. It will take 12 hours or more for ice behind this panel to melt and for the water to drain completely. Is this correct? If so, it would help if the back panel could be removed easily to assist the drying. Can tjhe customer do this?
