I purchased a Miele Ventilation System DA 3460 in ...

I purchased a Miele Ventilation System DA 3460 in October 2012. It became difficult to turn the fan on and no it is impossible. I can't find any customer support from Miele. The light turns on, so clearly it is connected. Any advice?
