How many times must I send emails to your company and at the very least, get a reply, to say, sorry we cant help you.. I have been trying to get an o ring for my Gourmet Wizard without any success, not even to let me know that you have received one of my three emails. Never again will I buy your product and I will be telling my friends, how little you care, once the sale is made. Jan Leslie
