I have been given a Mistral Food Processor or mixer, model number MUFM10 - unfortunately, it was given to me without the box or instruction manual. I would be very grateful if somebody could tell me where I can purchase or download a manual. I have searched online and can't find this mixer anywhere, it's very frustrating because I don't know how to start using it!!! Thank you in anticipation!!! Katie
