Question About Mistral Food Processor MPMKM835W
We just bought a Mistral ultimate kitchen machine ...

We just bought a Mistral ultimate kitchen machine and the mixing bowl won't go in far enough to engage properly…the fault symbol comes on. We dont want to force it…is there some kind of shipping packing or something that needs to be removed?
