My Eletric Fry pan won't regulate & Says "HOT' th...

My Eletric Fry pan won't regulate & Says "HOT' then "E4" I then have to turn it off otherwise it just gets hotter . I'm unable to find the manual to find out what has gone wrong . It's a limit edition "Women's Weekly" Mistral Genius.
