Hi , I need to replace the seals on a turbofan 32 max, but the serial number and model number have been cleaned off the sticker, would you be able to provide them for me please. Also wondering if i need to have the element replaced,, any product to close to the element side of the oven burns even though the lowest tray is only just cooking . your help would be much appreciated, kind regards Jodie :)
