Question About Moffat Oven MSF 610

I have been given a second hand Moffat M610 fan oven. Evrery thing works fine except that the grill element needs replacing. I have a spare but am puzzled as to how to replace it. It appears that the rear of the oven must be removed and then the new element inserted into the oven etc. Can you advise if there is an easier way to do it?
