My Moffat Epicure Wall Oven will not heat up when ...

My Moffat Epicure Wall Oven will not heat up when I turn the oven on. Help! I have checked the fuses and they are not burnt out. The oven light and the rotisserie work, but the oven will not heat up. Also, the little orange light that is supposed to be "on" when I turn on the oven will also not turn on.
