machine new to me and I think that I am getting used to it. My previous smaller bread machine was another make. I could use only 3 1/2 cups of flour and it called for fresh yeast. Here, in Israel, I can purchase grantulated fresh yeast called shimrit. It worked all the time in my old machine and seems to be working fine in this machine. I doubled the amount of yeast called for. Why isn't there a beeper for adding raisins to the dough recipe. thank you
