BVMC-EHX23. Just bought it supposed to be auto shut off. It does shut off but the plate that the pot sits on does not cool down EVER. My husband went in kitchen 10 hours after we had used it for first time and it was HOT to the touch. Two days later, it is still not cooling down after the timer beeps and shuts the light off. Are we doing something wrong?
