My coffee maker is barely used and the lights come on and keep the time but the water just sits in the holding tank and wont perculate down into the carafe. I did not save any of the paperwork I received when I bought the coffeemaker because honestly i have had Mr. Coffee before and never used any of it. I had my last maker for more years than I care to think about without a problem. I think it is something simple but without the manual, i dont even know if a part is missing or what the problem is exactly. This is my first preprogrammed coffee pot and i would appreciate any help you can send me to be able to enjoy this new feature. Thank you kindly. Pamela
