I HAVE NORCOLD REF AND IT FLASHING NOCO IT IS THAWING...

I HAVE NORCOLD REF. AND IT FLASHING NO-CO. IT IS THAWING. I TRYED LP AND A/C . I SHUT IT OFF AND TURNED IT BACK ON. IT IS STILL ON NO-CO.
