Question About Nostalgia Electrics Popcorn Poppers CCP-510
Hi, this is my first time using the popcorn maker....

Hi, this is my first time using the popcorn maker. We turned it on and it's been on for about 10 minutes and is not heating up at all. It was already assembled at the place we bought it so we essentially just plugged it in and turned on the switch. Everything seems to be working (light is on, kettle is spinning, etc.) but nothing is heating up.
