I've had this for one year and used it about 20 times. It used to be that if we had too much ice in it, it would jam and make a terrible noise and stop crushing ice. We just got it out of storage for summer use and it makes that sound now no matter how much or how little ice we put in it. It will crush for only about 2 rotations and then goes into noise mode. What can we do to fix this?
