metal tray...

we just recieved our convection oven it only came with one tray metal what do I do for microwaving

1 When we took it out of the shipping carton and bench checked, it threw sparks inside the cooking area, we thought it because of the metal tray. We tried for two days to get advise from the numbers to contact. The contract people to handle service and warranty for this product had just closed thier doors, no longer operating. We tried Sylvania and could get no where. Thankfully we had purchased from a reputable dealer, and they let us return it. We then purchased a Sharp brand and very happy. I would advise research before purchase of this item.
