Question About Sylvania Microwave Oven None
CONVECTION FEATURES...

We just purchased an Everest Fifth Wheel and the unit has a convection microwave by Sylvania, but the manual the dealer provided for us does not tell how to use the convection features. I'm new to a convection oven and would like to know how to correctly use the feature.

0 we use ours just like a normal oven. Push the CONVECTION button, then push the corresponding keypad number that matches the temperature you want.. i.e.: 1 - 150* 2 - 200* etc.. push start and the oven will begin to preheat. When the unit beeps, it has reached the preheat temp. you selected. Open the door, insert your food. Close the door and enter the cooking time on the keypad i.e.: (5:00 for 5 minutes, 20:00 for twenty minutes, etc)... push start and let it cook. It will stop when the time has elapsed. To continue cooking more, repeat the process. hope this helps
